 Theory and Practice

Students receive over 2,500 hours of practical training in our specialized departments, clinics, functional units, the senior living facility, the outpatient nursing service, and at our partner organizations. The trainees at our hospital receive ongoing guidance and support from clinical instructors in the field. For us, qualified clinical instruction means focusing on developing and maintaining high-quality care.

Students receive over 2,100 hours of theoretical and practical instruction at our vocational school for nursing professions and are guided in their learning by our qualified instructors.

At our company, the training stipend and vacation entitlement are determined in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Public Sector (TVöD).
